Not at all, you can check out as a guest, but you will loose benefits like quick reordering and reward points, if you do create an account we will never spam your email.

Please use your e-mail address and password to sign in to your account. Once signed in you will be able to change your address details, password and e-mail address in your account settings.

Please note we do not hold card details directly, we use Stripe's secure wallet, in order to update these detail please log in to your account, select my Account, then click my cards, for PayPal transactions, you will need to log into your PayPal account to action this

You have two options, you can self serve by using GDPR tools, which are located at the bottom of the website or please contact our Customer Services team via contact us, and advise them that you would like your account removed and they would be happy to assist.

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Maestro Debit. We do not accept cheques or money orders. we do take PayPal as alternative methods.


For European customers we also accept Bancontact, Ideal and Sofort

Delivery Information

You can change these details while you are placing your order.


Once an order is placed, unfortunately it cannot be amended online.


If your order has not yet been released for despatch, we may still be able to change your shipping address in time. Please contact us with the address details of your new shipping address and we will be able to advise you if this can be changed.


Please note that if your order has already been released for despatch, no changes can be made and we cannot be held liable for your parcel if it is sent to the incorrect address.

Royal Mail will only deliver to BFPO address located in the UK. BFPO will not accept any orders containing aerosols or flammable products.


Customers are advised that Express Delivery is not available for BFPO orders.

We have several delivery options:

Standard UK Post in two Formats and speeds. Royal Mail 2nd Class and Royal 1st Class.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 24.

Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm,

Courier, a 2 to 5 day carrier service.

Airmail, we ship to most countries around the globe*.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 24, is a fully track-able service, from the moment we dispatch you order, until it reaches you, it gets tracked along the way, you will also get Text  (SMS) notifications if you have advised us your mobile number, Royal Mail will also email you with tracking and event details as your order is processed with Royal Mail.

We will dispatch your order the same day you have ordered, if you have purchased before 3pm, If purchased after this time we will dispatch your order the following working day.

The amount of perfume oil in a fragrance dictates whether it is an Eau de Parfum, an Eau de Toilette, an Eau de Cologne and so on. It also dictates how long a fragrance product will last on the skin and, of course, its price!

Shopping and Ordering

An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. In addition, you'll receive an email confirmation with an order number and brief summary of your fabulous new purchase! Get excited...your order is now on its way to you! Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order.


If you checked out as a registered user, you can always track your order status here.

You're able to cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing an order. Simply log in to view your Orders and click the Cancel option. Or, give us a ring on 0121 439 1610 and we'll be happy to assist you.


Once you receive an order confirmation by email that your order has been shipped, it means your order is already being processed by our postal carriers and can not be changed or cancelled by you or our Customer Care team.

As there is a price difference in the delivery options we offer, we unfortunately cannot change the delivery option once an order is placed.

Promotional codes and vouchers can be entered at the checkout stage by clicking the "enter promotional code" button.


Please ensure promotional codes and vouchers are entered as written on the offer. The promotional codes and vouchers are case sensitive.


Promotion codes & vouchers can not be used in conjunction with any other offers.

Promotion codes do have to be entered at the time of placing the order. They cannot be added on after the order process has been completed.

Please edit your basket by clicking on the words "view basket" which should be situated in the top right of your screen. This should take you to your shopping basket screen which will allow you to remove or change the quantity of items within your order.
