UK Next Working Day Courier Delivery

Next working day delivery is £5.95 this is dispatched the same day (Mon-Fri) if your order is received prior to 1:30pm. Orders received after 1:30pm are dispatched the following working day. This service does not deliver or dispatch on weekends or on public holidays. If you have placed your order during the weekend after 1:30pm Friday your order will dispatch Monday to deliver on Tuesday.

All other delivery options, we offer same day dispatch upto 3pm.

Special Delivery and Special Delivery Saturday Guaranteed, Where delivery is guaranteed by the designated service.

Courier 3 – 4 days, Cost of this service is from £3.49 – £6.99, this is dependant on the weight of the basket, and is reserved for items which cannot be dispatched by Royal Mail due to prohibited items policy.

Please note the following:

• ** Excludes Scotish Highlands, Channel Islands, Royal Mail will attempt to deliver in this timescale, but no guarantee will be given.

• *Our 75p p&p, is based on two items in the basket, which will weigh no more than 60 grams

• We do not deliver or dispatch on UK bank holidays.

• Order cut-off for all delivery services is 3pm (UK time). Orders placed after 3pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.

• Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.

• Delivery will be through Royal Mail or Courier. Courier Delivery is within 3 - 5 Days

• Larger deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is.

• Where a signature or Safeplace is notified and is given by someone other than you or the parcel is left at your local post office or your desingated safeplace, the order will be treated as having been delivered.

• You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you.

• All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.

• Customers are advised that express delivery is not available for orders addressed to BFPO addresses.

• Customers are also advised that we are unable to send aerosols or flammable products to BFPO addresses.

Tracking your order

You will be able to track your order by visiting Your Account, signing in and clicking on Order History. We will also send you an email at each stage of the process, i.e. when the order is placed and when the order has been dispatched.
